Our Junior Consultant, Alessandra Natale, celebrated her one-year anniversary with Schon&Co this month. Alessandra joined us as a fresh graduate from the University of Exeter, eager to explore the world of B2B and corporate PR. Over the past 12 months, she has grown into a key part of our team, embracing agency life and the world of corporate communications. We sat down with her to reflect on the past year, her biggest achievements and what she’s most looking forward to next.

What have you enjoyed the most about your first year at Schon&Co?

"One of the most rewarding aspects of my role has been the variety of projects I’ve worked on, spanning media relations, thought-leadership, social media, content writing and strategic communications. Every day brings something different, and from the start, I’ve been encouraged to trust my skills, take initiative and explore new areas of B2B and corporate PR.”
