Find out who we are, how we do things differently, and what we stand for.

"I’ve worked in PR and communications since leaving university, primarily focusing on the energy and commodities sector. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working on everything from a listed small-cap gold mine in Mali, West Africa, to a £4bn hydrogen and carbon capture project in Scotland. Along the way, I’ve developed a slight obsession with any new ESG trend, deciphering corporate jargon, and listening to Radio 4 far too early in the morning.
A ‘fun fact’ that no one ever suspects about me? I studied Bioarchaeology at university and am a fully qualified field archaeologist - think Indiana Jones, but with more spreadsheets. Outside of PR, I’m a certified animal lover, a runner, and a firm believer that snacks fuel creativity.
Excited to be joining 😊
"What attracted me to Schon&Co was the opportunity to learn and grow alongside a team that’s so passionate about what they do. As an agency it offers a balance of a friendly and flexible culture alongside its impressive track record of winning and working on some big ticket clients.
From the outset, there was a clear passion from everyone involved. It was refreshing to see the company’s ethics and values genuinely reflected in its day-to-day operations - not just as words on an 'About' page. Schon&Co is at such an exciting point, working on major global clients while still being agile and dynamic as a smaller team. I’m really looking forward to being part of that journey.”
“Coming from a financial comms background, I’d love to think that I’ve mastered the art of making even the drier corporate announcements sound exciting, especially when it comes to turning bad operational or financial reports into ‘exciting opportunities’.”
“Checking Twitter/X for journalist rants and media gossip - mostly journalists roasting PR pitches on Twitter (Brutal, but I can’t look away). As for my (not-so-guilty) pleasure? Taylor Swift, hands down. I’m a huge Swiftie, and yes, I saw the Eras Tour at Wembley - not once, but twice. And I regret nothing!”
