Jim Donaldson, former CEO for UK and Middle East of Fleishman Hillard, one of the world’s largest network PR agencies, has joined Schon&Co as Senior Strategic Adviser. 

Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, spanning 30 years in the world of PR and communications. With a background in corporate reputation, Jim has advised government ministers, CEOs and other C-Suite executives around the world on a wide range of communications issues and run global campaigns for organisations from a variety of sectors, particularly focused in the B2B area. 

Jim is a frequent speaker and commentator on communications and was Chair of the world’s largest PR industry association - the PRCA - from 2018 to 2020, and has most recently been inducted into ICCO’s Hall of Fame. 

Jim will be providing strategic counsel to clients and working with our senior leadership team to support the growth of Schon&Co as the business approaches its 4th anniversary.
