My journey into Thought-Leadership so far

Alessandra, our Junior Consultant, shares what she has learned about the importance of thought-leadership in her first few months at Schon&Co

Although I've only been at Schon&Co for a short time, I've already had the incredible opportunity to dive into some fascinating thought-leadership projects for our clients. These experiences have shown me the vital role thought-leadership plays and how companies can engage in it effectively.

Through my work with our clients, I’ve discovered that sharing valuable insights allows leaders to influence their teams and industries, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and growth.
