Frasers Property UK - Brand narrative and website refresh

Frasers Property’s business park in Winnersh Triangle needed a refreshed narrative to better showcase its USPs and align more closely with changing customer requirements, as well as the overarching Frasers Property corporate brand. New messaging and a stronger emphasis on branding and image were a key focus throughout this project. 

Through a series of stakeholder workshops, occupier and customer surveys and internal data, we unlocked the ‘added value' Winnersh Triangle brings to its people, customers and wider community. Based on these insights, we reframed the messaging by developing a new core positioning and messaging framework. The new brand narrative was designed to capture the essential elements of the park’s offer, underlining the expertise that Frasers Property brings to its existing customers and resonating with key stakeholders such as prospective occupiers. 

The new narrative is now being implemented across key communications channels including the website, social media platforms, digital app content and digital screens to ensure consistency of message when talking about Winnersh Triangle.
